Winterspell is now available to buy at most major retailers, but I'd recommend at least picking up the Booster Display Pack for $144 at Amazon to really get you started with the new set

Given that this isnt a once per turn passive ability, its very possible to rack up multiple card draws by having Scar on your side

In other words, it's perfect if you want to set your rival's plans on fire (and probably cackle like a Disney villain while you do)

The Amber/Emerald deck doesnt have quite as clear a theme, with a more mixed bag of franchises
